The stamp and envelope were designed by Kazimierz Bulik. Photographic materials used for this purpose are the property of Kacper Kowalski, Thomas Degórski and Maurycy Śmierzchalski. The stamp, integrated with the panorama of Gdynia, was issued in the form of the block of dimensions 90 mm × 70 mm with a value of 3.75 PLN. The stamp will be put into circulation on 30th June 2009.

Also, the Central Post Office of Poland, in cooperation with the City of Gdynia, designed and implemented a set of twelve postcards with the images of sailing ships taking part in the Races. Cards can be purchased during the event, some of them in specially prepared for this purpose attractive wrapper.

Additionally, seven postcards with the images of the most beautiful Polish sailing ships were designed in cooperation with the Sea-Shanty Sailing Association "Gejtawy".

What is more, three stamps for postage have been designed, they can be used in together with these post cards or other mail sent by the customers.

To help customers with the acquisition of souvenirs, the Polish Post will organize a trading stand at Kościuszko Square in Gdynia (near fountains) as well as two mobile trading points.

Promotional points will also be organized within the General Post Office Gdynia 1 (10 Lutego street), post office Gdynia 2 (Constitution Square) and post office Gdynia 8 (Wladyslawa IV street).

Undoubtedly, a large attraction, not only for philatelists, will be delivery of correspondence by special "Maritime Mail - Galeon lion" on 5th July. All mail sent by post will be marked with special maritime transport stamp.

An additional attraction prepared by the Post will be philatelic exhibition on marine topics, organized in the hall of General Post Office Gdynia 1 and an old car Fiat Topolino, which will be presented close to the post trading stand.
